CO-WASH

When you first receive your hair, it is important to deep condition the hair overnight. The reason for this is to be able to revive the lustre in the hair as it has been contained in a parcel and also in storage.

SLEEP WEAR

Sleep in a satin/silk bonnet or headscarf. Alternatively, use a satin pillow case. 

BRUSHING & COMBING

Gently comb hair with a wide tooth comb or a paddle brush - begin at the ends and work your way up to prevent excess shedding and pulling at the roots which would result in hair loss. Ensure you never forcefully brush or comb through the hair.

Please note:  - For longer lengths, the hair can be more prone to tangling so treat with care.

- It is normal for the hair to produce minimal shedding when brushing or combing.

- Although great quality, our #613 collection has been processed to achieve the colour, so treat  delicately.

BRAID

Braid before bed to prevent tangling.

HEAT APPLICATION

Avoid constantly applying heat but if you do, always ensure you use a heat protectant! When using heat protectant remember a small amount is required otherwise the hair will become greasy. We also offer bone straight hair extensions meaning it has been steam processed to ensure it stays sleek and straight for long periods of time without needing to apply further heat. Therefore, provided you regularly brush the hair, only minimal heat needs to be applied.

SHAMPOO & CONDITION

Shampoo and condition bi-weekly using paraben free and sulphate free products to prevent dirt build up using only lukewarm water.

PRODUCTS

Do not use heavy leave-in conditioners and when using oils/serums apply in small amounts to prevent greasy looking hair.

WEFTS & LACE

To prevent excess shedding, do not cut the tracks/wefts.

Please note: HD lace is very thin and delicate and can be prone to tearing if not treated with care.

Do not over bleach or put product directly on the knots to prevent shedding and balding on lace systems.
